由於我們發現人們在量販店消費時常常迷路找不到商品,甚至在結帳時需要排隊等待 ,使顧客 浪費許多時間。而過長排隊時間則會使消費者引發負面情緒(Katz et al., 1991; Lu et al., 2013),影響商 品購買意願;隨著營業時間延長,同時人事成本也會增加,因此我們設計方案來解決以上問題。 解決方案: 設計一款整合性的手機應用程式,透過消費者的手機為載體,引導消費者前往欲購買商品。 操作過程: 消費者在家選取欲購買商品,並確認庫存 → 進入買場後,打開手機應用程式 → 由手機應用程 式計算最佳路徑導引消費者前往 → 取貨完畢後,自行掃描商品條碼進行結帳 利用智慧推車,能讓原本不願花太多時間於尋找商品或排隊的消費者,增加消費的意願;而原 本就常來店消費的消費者,也能因為使用智慧推車節省消費時間。 We found that shopping at a hypermarket is extremely time consuming. Customers not only often get lost looking for a specific product, but also waste a lot of time lining up to check out. Waiting in line for a long time causes negative emotions (Katz et al., 1991; Lu et al., 2013), which may affect consumers’ purchase intention. Additionally, extended working hours also increases personnel cost. Our Intelligent Shopping Cart is designed to solve the problems above. Solution : An integrated mobile application that customers can download on their mobile devices and guides them to the items they want to buy. Operation Process: Select the items that you want to buy and check the inventory at home → After entering the store, open the mobile application → The mobile application leads you to the items through the shortest path → After picking up all the items, self-check out on the mobile application by scanning each barcode Our Intelligent Shopping Cart makes shopping a lot easier and will attract those who are unwilling to spend much time looking for goods or waiting in line to the store. This will also save a lot of time for those who would have already come to the store.
