白衣天使南丁格爾的養成非常不容易，需要長期時間的訓練，對於新進護理人員到職後，需要經過一年半載後才能慢慢適應上手，在這之前必須要資深護理臨床教師隨旁帶領教導之，是臨床環境中很重要的一項任務，在原本護理人力短缺的情況之下，更加重帶領與教導的工作負荷，再加上最近疫情持續蔓延，需要更多的護理人力，真是雪上加霜。新進護理師經短期培訓後，就必須要去執行護理照護，往往因技術不純熟及面對病人壓力下，造成新進人員離職率升高。 有鑑於此，本團隊運用資訊科技及人工智慧，開發出「智慧語音護理照護輔助導引」系統，將無微不至的隨身陪伴新進護理師，聽從使喚播放語音來協助導引治療處置標準作業流程，不僅可以讓護理師在標準作業流程下執行醫療照護，也大大減少治療處置不熟悉的壓力，加速新進護理師熟練操作技能。 本系統可以依照不同科別的治療處置來建立相關標準作業流程的資料庫，除了可以提供新進護理師做為輔助導引之外，若有新型治療處置技術引入，亦可以陪伴其他護理師加快對新技術的熟悉及遵循標準作業流程，減少醫療疏失，進而提升醫療照護品質。 Nurse education substantially requires long-term training and thus is very time consuming. New staff training normally takes one and a half years for new nurses to fully adapt themselves to the work environment through the guidance of senior nurses. In the circumstances of extra teaching workloads and continuous pandemic impacts, the shortage of nursing manpower has become severe and merits high attention. New nurses will soon perform nursing care after short-term training. However, because of technical incompetence and facing the pressure from patients, new nurses may choose to quit the job shortly after recruitment, which substantiates the need for deliberate problem solving. In facing this challenge, our team has finally developed “The Intelligent Voice Care Guidance (IVCG) System” using information technology and emerging artificial intelligence. New nurses can follow voice instructions to learn medical care practices, and in the meanwhile their pressure of treatment unfamiliarity may be reduced. Furthermore, all nurse staff can master nursing skills by using this newly developed system. The IVCG system can establish a database of relevant standard operating procedures according to the guidelines from various clinical departments. New nurses can advance their nursing skills through the intelligent guidance of the system. This IVCG system can literally assist all types and seniority of nurses in accelerating their familiarity with new nursing skills and following standard operating procedures, in the attempt to reduce medical malpractices and improve the quality of health care.
