    隨著高齡化社會的到來,復健患者與亞健康族群日益遞增,健康促進市場的需求與規模亦快速地成長。高齡者隨著年齡的增長,身體逐漸產生漸衰弱症狀,導致相關慢性疾病隨之而來削弱日常生活能力,更是增加高齡者跌倒與住院風險,並且容易錯失黃金治療時期治療,醫療院所人滿為患的景象,更是增加高齡者長時間排隊等待的煩悶感。然而,因應疫情緣故,使得進出醫療院所更加困難,但對於復健族群需要進行日常復健活動以維持與促進身體健康,更顯得居家復健服務的重要性,加上傳統徒手肌力按摩與產品輔助訓練等復健模式,除了無法辨識患者的復健進展,亦無法吸引患者自主性使用。因此,我們期盼透過零接觸的復健訓練服務,透過遠距醫療與數位醫療形式,提供復健者於居家進行高強度復健訓練,同時也減少醫院醫師的負擔,減少患者頻繁出入醫療院所的次數,同時也透過大數據分析協助醫師判斷,達到一個新的醫療模式。 Frailty is a common condition in the elderly population, which will increase the risk of falling and lead to other complications. However, the hospital is often overcrowded, causing a long waiting period, increasing the burden on their family. During the pandemic, elders are at higher risk for severe illnesses such as COVID-19, hospitals are also high-risk infecting places, and the elders cannot go to the hospital to do rehabilitation because of locked-down. These points make patients miss out on the best effect of the Acute Phase Rehabilitation. In the era of an ageing society, sub-health populations and rehabilitation patients are increasing. Besides, rehabilitation patients need to carry out daily rehabilitation activities to maintain and promote their health. The traditional rehabilitation models, such as freehand muscle massage and product-assisted training, cannot recognize the patients’ rehabilitation progress and increase their use intension. We propose a new rehabilitation service called the “Intelligent Health Promotion Service System (IHPSS)” that enables patients to recuperate at home. Moreover, medical professionals can remotely arrange suitable rehabilitation treatments through our service. The IHPSS has three major goals. First, "Intelligentization” helps medical professionals evaluate the suitable treatment with the assist of AI. Secondly, "Gamification” adopts Nostalgic Games to increase patients’ rehabilitation motivation and make it fun during the rehabilitation process. Thirdly, "Customization” customizes patients’ specific treatment based on their rehabilitation progress. IHPSS uses the Somatosensory Interaction and Nostalgic Game to arouse elders’ resonance, and then increase their rehabilitation motivation. The Intelligent Knee Orthosis Devices can detect each muscle status during training and convert it into data and send back to our cloud. And with Deep Learning enables the system to assist medical professionals to arrange the best rehabilitation plan for the patient. Meanwhile, the result is transmitted to their family members to gain real-time progress, to form a strong family support link. IHPSS provides a new rehabilitation service to reduce the hassles for patients and their family members and provides the most suitable rehabilitation treatment to achieve the goals of Ageing in Place, Healthy Ageing, and Active Ageing.
